His track record spans independent gyms, boutique studios, franchise fitness brands, and specialized wellness concepts across Arizona and California. Justin’s professional foundation is rooted in strong financial and analytical expertise. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Baltimore and an MBA from Colorado State University–Pueblo, giving him a deep understanding of valuation, investment strategy, and the economic drivers that shape successful fitness businesses. After years of working across multiple industries, Justin recognized a major gap in the market: fitness entrepreneurs were underserved by generalist brokers who didn’t understand the unique operational and real‑estate demands of the industry.
